You and your family members can experience many emotions that can keep you from being happy. Emotions like anxiety, grief, worrying, stress, overwhelm, frustration, and also concentration and focus issues. These emotions can play up suddenly without knowing the real cause, or through situations like a loss, a traumatic experience, or not being confident or having a low self-esteem. I hear so many clients telling they or their children suffer from anxiety and fears.

There are natural ways to support releasing your emotions and help you to feel more at peace in your body and mind. A healthy diet and drinking lots of filtered water are two of them. Another natural way is using essential oils. They not only have a beautiful smell, they do the work inside your body too. They can calm you, help you release emotions, help you focus and feel more confident.

In this workshop you’ll learn about which essential oils are great to support you releasing your emotions so that you can be happier, more at peace and more confident. They work very well for adults, children, babies and even pets.
With almost 12 years of working experience assisting clients to release emotions, I’ll teach you about the essential oils and how to use them to support your emotions. You’ll learn a bit about nutrition to support your health too. We’ll do a short guided meditation and you’ll receive a 10 ml roller blend with the oils for your situation to take home with you.
