Happy Easter! I wish you and your family a lovely long weekend full of joy where you connect from the heart to each other. On Easter Sunday it’ll also be Full Moon at 4:55 am AEST. We are in a very powerful energy month, so this full moon is a great opportunity to release what you don’t want in your life anymore.
Release negative emotions and install positive affirmations
You can meditate to connect with your heart and write down all negative emotions you want to get rid of (I’m angry about…., I’m sad about…., I’m afraid about…, etc.) on a piece of paper and then burn the paper safely (e.g. on the bbq) tonight. Next, you can install positive affirmations what you want your life to look like. Here are some examples:
- I am at peace.
- I am healthy and have a strong immune system.
- I am protected.
- I am supported.
- I am loved.
- I am connected.
- I have beautiful friends who accept me as I am.
- I have faith.
- I do the work I love and am passionate about.
- My heart is open to receive love and abundance of all good things.
- I am happy.
- I am joyful.
- I put my own needs as the highest priority. I take care of myself first.
- I radiate love to others.
- I can effortlessly achieve what I want and I celebrate my successes.
- I reclaim my power, energy and sovereignty.
- I communicate clearly from my heart.
- I have clear boundaries and protect them well.
- I listen to my heart’s messages and act upon them.
Share with the whole family
You could make this an action point for the whole family tonight and read the positive affirmations to each other. A walk in nature this evening or tomorrow will be wonderful for your grounding. Filling yourself up with the beautiful sunshine will make you feel good, especially when you choose to smile, be grateful, enjoy the day and focus on seeing and experiencing positivity and love.
Recharge your crystals
If you have crystals, place them outside tonight to be recharged with the full moon energy. There’s a lot of energies going on so your crystals can use some purifying and recharging.
