The Hawaiian cleaning method called Ho’oponopono is powerful and brings noticable improvements. It is a method where the person practising the Ho’oponopono (in this case me) is not correcting the other people (you the receiver), but correcting my own perception of everything I see outside (focusing on you the receiver).
Ho’oponopono contains the following four sentences:
💗 I am sorry.
💗 Please forgive me.
💗 I love you.
💗 And I thank you.
By repeating these sentences the healing occurs holistically.
