In therapy sessions with clients I often notice that Self-Love is a tough topic. It’s important to place yourself on top of your priority list, but our ego can get in the way, and also fear of judgment from your environment.
And what do we reject in ourselves? Are we accepting ourselves completely including how we look, what we do, what we say, what we have, and what we achieve? Or do we think and talk negative about ourselves and our lives? What are the effects of this in our daily lives?
While we walk to the meditation place, we can use nature to find answers. This can be really cool and fun.
I’ll bring 2 picnic blankets, but feel free to bring your own one too. I recommend you to bring your water bottle with you and to wear comfortable clothes.
We’ll meet at the benches before the Surf Life Saving Club at North Beach Wollongong and will walk from there into the Puckeys Estate park to find a nice spot to sit down for a meditation. I don’t really have a plan, I’m open for whatever the group needs and will do this workshop intuitively.
Day and time: Friday 18th January 2019 at 9 am (for about 1.5 hours). When it’s raining the workshop won’t be on.
Location: we’ll meet at the benches before the Surf Life Saving Club at North Beach Wollongong, then walk into the park of Puckeys Estate to find a nice spot in nature to sit down and meditate
Because this is a first time outdoor workshop, it’ll be free of charge :).
Please let me know if you’d like to join so I know how many people are coming.
