  1. What modalities do you use when you work with me?
    I use a combination of the following modalities: hypnotherapy, regression therapy, inner child work, kinesiology muscle testing, healing (Reiki, Universal White Time Healing, Theta, spiritual healing), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), mediumship, positive affirmations, visualisation, progression (going forward in time).
  2. How often do I have a session with you in a Personalised Shine Your Light Plan?
    Most common is a session once a week, either in person, online (or sometimes remotely). Of course, it depends on what’s possible in your life and what you can handle to integrate after a session, so we’ll discuss this together. If for example it feels better for you to do a session each fortnight, we can agree on working like that. It means the time to achieve you desired outcome will take longer than when you’d have a session every week.
  3. Do I need to prepare anything for a session?
    It’s possible that I will give you some homework for a session. For example, I can give you an exercise to do, or to write down or journal some experiences. It is necessary that you are committed to do this homework, because it’s part of your transformation process to achieve your desired outcome. I use the homework as input in sessions.
    Further, it’s always good to set your intentions with your guides and angels that the session flows easily and is serving your highest good & health. Be open for whatever needs to happen to achieve your desired outcome.
  4. If my Personalised Shine Your Light Plan takes more than a month, will we have evaluations during the time of my Plan?
    Yes, to stay on top of the time planned to achieve your desired outcome, we will evaluate several times during your Plan what we have achieved so far and what still needs to be worked on.
  5. What happens if my desired outcome is achieved sooner than the time you had estimated it would take?
    We will check together if your desired outcome is fully achieved. If your desired outcome is fully achieved, that is great news that it is even achieved faster than expected! Congratulations with the work you’ve done on healing yourself. You may be very proud of your achievement.
    The price you’ve paid was for the end result of your desired outcome. This is now achieved, and even faster than estimated. It means our working together is completed and finishes here.
  6. What are the details of my Personalised Shine Your Light Plan?
    I design a Personalised Shine Your Light Plan specifically for you and your situation, but it is mostly for me to know what to do when, to get you to your desired outcome. Globally I will tell you what my intention is to work on at the start of each session. It is possible that another topic than what I had planned to work on, has come to the surface for you to be treated with priority. Then we will work on that topic. That flexibility is there. It’s about what you need for your personal growth process to achieve your desired outcome.
  7. What is the price for my Personalised Shine Your Light Plan?
    I can’t tell you right now how much it’s going to be, because the way I work, is that I do a thorough Lighten Your Load Check Up phone call with you about what health issues you want to work on and what your desired outcome is. It’s all about questions I ask you that you answer, so I collect all the information which gives me a total picture of your reality, your truth, so then I understand what’s going on. From that, if you seriously want your health issues fixed, and if I want to work with you, I design exactly what you need in a personalised plan, how long you need and what I’ve got to do for you. Not for someone else, but what you need, based on what you’ve told me. My price range is between $ 1 000 – $ 5 000.
  8. Wait a minute, your price range is not a price per session?
    No, I work differently. Most health issues can’t be solved in one session. My price range is based on the value to have achieved your desired outcome at the end of our time of working together on your health issues. So you’ll get a total price for the end result of having achieved your desired outcome.
