Whenever you feel emotions like despair, anger, fears, worries, and anxiety, your frequency goes downwards. It takes you away from your internal guidance and your connection with the Divine. This causes that you can feel lost, alone and literally disconnected. It may feel hopeless and negative thoughts can overtake your mind, but there is hope. What you can do, is restore your connection again. Only you can do that. Here’s how that’s possible.
Acknowledge your emotions. Mention them out loud, in your mind, or write them on a piece of paper. Feel where these emotions are in your body. Sitting in a quiet space with some background music and a lit candle can help to create a meditative state. It’s a matter of giving loving attention to yourself.
Feel what happens with your emotions now they have your attention. Maybe you get clarity what you’re angry, upset or scared about. Make a list of it on paper until nothing bubbles up anymore to add. Every emotion is in your body (tummy to neck usually) and through mentioning them out loud, you can give them literally a way out. So use your list and read them out loud. An example is: “I am scared about losing my job, not having enough money, getting an illness, losing my house.”
Instead of just saying your emotions out loud, you can make it a conversation of you speaking out loud your emotions to the universe, a deceased loved one, or your guides or guardian angel. You can also ask them to remove these emotions from you including all negative effects and cell memories, because you don’t want to carry them any longer. There’s always help for you and these beings and souls are waiting for your request to help you.
After negative emotions have been released and removed, it’s important to fill yourself up with a positive emotion like love, peace or joy. Imagine you’re receiving a light shower of this positive emotion that fills up every cell in your body and also your aura. You can even visualise the light shower has a certain colour for the positive emotion, like pink love or yellow joy.
Now look around you and look at your life and situation. How do you feel now? I’m sure you’ll feel better, probably lighter and more positive and hopeful. Go with your attention to your heart and ask your heart what message it has for you that is important to receive at this moment in time. Trust the first thought, image or feeling you get as the message from your heart. If you can take an action upon this message, then go for it! Your heart is the best inner guide you have.
